The Arts Council in Buffalo and Erie County offers its members the following:
- Grant funding for qualified artists and arts organizations.

- Advocacy for public support of the arts at the federal, state, county and city through the Art’s Council’s Arts Constituency Team (ACT).
- Pass-through services for new organizations and artists.
- Apply to display artwork in the Conference Room Gallery and members show.
